Refund policy

Please note we do not accept refunds unless your item is damaged. If you decide you wish to return your items please contact us at sbclothing.uk@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to exchange for another item of the same value or a credit note. Sales items are NON RETURNABLE.

Unfortunately, if outside this 48 hour period no exchanges can be made. Your item will need to be returned within the 48 hour period also. If you are returning your order via post please contact us for the return address you are liable to cover any costs of returning the item/s.

You will need to send the item/s back within 48 hours of contact with a member of the team. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
